Irina Cecoi is a specialist at the Unified Service Provision Center (CUPS) of the Cărbuna City Hall and represents one of the essential pillars in the relationship between the local public administration and the citizens. Through her work, Irina facilitates the population’s access to high-quality public services in an efficient, clear, and community needs-oriented manner.

With a friendly attitude and a well-developed organizational spirit, she handles dozens of daily requests from residents, providing them with accurate information, assistance in completing forms, and guidance in the administrative process. Her professionalism is reflected in the attentive and patient way she approaches each beneficiary, contributing to the reduction of bureaucracy and the creation of an open and accessible administrative environment.
