Cărbuna City Hall

On November 4th, in the village of Cărbuna, a community activity dedicated to environmental protection took place as part of the 'Vitality at Any Age' project. The event brought together residents of all ages — young people, adults, and seniors — who, alongside students from the 'Voice of Generations' Student Council of Cărbuna Gymnasium, participated in the cleanup of the area around the pond at Rădi. The purpose of the activity was to promote civic spirit, intergenerational collaboration, and care for nature. Participants cleaned and arranged the rest area, contributing to a clean and pleasant environment for the entire community. The project is implemented by the Civic Association 'Snowdrop of Cărbuna', with the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova, within the active aging program. This initiative demonstrates that through involvement, responsibility, and collaboration, we can transform the environment in which we live into a more beautiful, cleaner, and healthier place for everyone.

The Town Hall of Cărbuna village, together with the Public Association Ghiocel from Cărbuna, expresses gratitude to Mr. Cujbă Grigore for the furniture donated to the Social Laundry in the village of Cărbuna, which fits perfectly with the interior and the needs of the laundry.

The Local Public Administration and the Public Association 'Ghiocel de Cărbuna' continue their collaboration through social and infrastructure projects to improve the living conditions of the residents. The village's Social Laundry will benefit from a modern heat pump, ensuring comfort during the cold season.

Dear fellow villagers, we inform you that the City Hall has initiated repair works on the central road covering an area of 5100 m² by completely replacing the surface layer, which has not been changed since 1986. The project is being implemented through the Government Program 'Europe is near', with a budget of 2,036,000 lei, and the works are carried out by SA 'Drumuri Ialoveni'. We thank the Government for its support in the development of rural localities.

Call for offers: Social laundry in the village of Cărbuna, Ialoveni district The Public Association “Ghiocel de Cărbuna” is implementing the project “Cleanliness - a preamble for a harmonious life”, funded by the European Union and co-financed by Keystone Moldova, Dorcas-Moldova Foundation, and the Association for Education “Neoumanist”, based on Grant Contract no. G00013 from 01.02.2024. Within the framework of the grant contract, the acquisition of heating equipment for the building intended for the social laundry is foreseen. Yesterday, the town hall employees carried out a sanitation and beautification activity of the public space adjacent to the town hall, including in the Youth Park. We would like to thank the town hall staff, but we also make an appeal to all the young people in the commune to maintain cleanliness throughout the entire area. August 10th is approaching, the celebration of Diaspora Day, 5th edition, and we therefore encourage all residents along the main road to clean up and mow the grass so that our locality looks as BEAUTIFUL as possible!

The Cărbuna village hall warmly invites you to join the exhibition organized as part of the “Black Bull of Cărbuna” festival, sixth edition, by displaying the dowry preserved in the Big Houses. The event aims to promote local heritage and the traditions of manual weaving – a valuable craft at risk of disappearing. Through your involvement, we hope to inspire the younger generation to appreciate and preserve the authenticity unique to our village. We extend our sincere thanks for your responsiveness and outstanding support for the community project "Mens sana in corpore sano" – the construction of a mini-stadium near the Gymnasium in the village of Cărbuna, funded through the Governmental Program DAR 1+3. In just one week, thanks to your involvement, we have already managed to collect 25% of the required contribution, amounting to 28,000 lei. This gesture honors us and motivates us to move forward with confidence. We are currently in the stage of developing the technical project of the mini-stadium, an important step in implementing this initiative. We sincerely thank you for your support and encourage you to continue being an active part of this beautiful project dedicated to the health and education of the children in our village.

The Cărbuna Gymnasium Alumni Meeting will take place on February 1, 2025, at 17:00, at Cărbuna Gymnasium. The graduating classes of the years 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020, and 2024 are expected. We look forward to seeing you!

The Cărbuna village hall is organizing a competition to fill the vacant position of chief accountant. Candidates must have higher education in the field of accounting or economics, be familiar with current legislation, SNC, SIRF, the 1C Accounting program (version 8.3), and have experience in managing public finances.
